It is next to the airport. Sabah state mosque was just 1 mile away. Free Wi Fi was working perfectly.

Staffs were helpful & flexible. Location is convenient in the sense that there's a convenient store just few doors away (but they need to improve on their selections and stocks refill), restaurants/bars/pubs are also few doors away, there's a cafe next door and you can have breakfast for those who will leave the hotel slightly later in the morning, and the staffs can help you call for taxi should you need. The staffs in the cafe were friendly and warm, too.
The walkway is a bit smelly (smell of ppl smoking) and the first room I entered was also a lil smelly. Maybe can install air fresherner on the walkway or spray air fresherner from time to time especially if you know certain rooms have not been occupied for a while or while your housekeepers clean up the rooms after your guests left.

Hotel room was spacious and clean with a nice setup and big comfortable bed. Bathroom was also big enough and has a very good shower. Room was serviced daily and clean towels were provided. Men at the reception, specially Rudy, were very helpful and considerate. Manja caffe has good prices and offers good meals all day long. The hotel is good value for the money.
Construction work was on-going for a day or two next door to the hotel and made a lot of noise during the day. Girls at the reception sadly do not speak much English. Few nightclubs are near by and make a some noise at night.

1. This quality of the hotel is really good for a 2 star hotel. 2. Free WiFi was stable. 3. Staff were helpful and entertained all our requests such as extra water, towel and pillow. 4. We were allowed to check in a bit early and check out a bit late. 5. Plenty of restaurants around but they're a bit pricey. There's a 24-hour convenience store next door where you can grab snacks. 6. Easy to find parking. It's free to enter and exit between 7pm to 7am.
1. The parking was MYR2 per entry, not per day as stated on the page. 2. The fire alarm went off about 3-4 times in 1 night. 3. Could not open the room door using the key card the next day. 4. Can hear the sound of airplanes flying as the proximity of the hotel is pretty close to the airport.

The parking spaces and lifts are great.
1.Too noise as we can hear the sound of aeroplanes flying over the hotel. 2.Stayed at the 2nd floor and we can hear the sound of doors being banged (maybe because they are pubs near-by).3.The food that we ordered from Manja Cafe arrived 1 hour after we made order :( 4.The hotel should pay for our parking tickets.

The location is nice, convenience to teenagers, because there have a lot of night life pub surrounding that area.
When we just back from outside, we take our room key card from the front desk, as usual we go to our room, but the door cannot open, so that I try to call to the front office, unexpected they did not ask somebody come to our room floor and pass the new key card to us, but ask we come down the front desk and take the new room key card. I know that is not high class hotel, but I wish that they can provide better services

Good location for relax. It is very quite and very comfortable for us. I do like the hotel.
No tissue in the room and no shopping complex around the area. Have to go by cab for shopping. That's all. Thanks.

Staff are accomodating and the bed room is very relaxing especially the king size room with single bed. I like the comfort room as well however, no cheaper restaurant besides that area. If we plan to take a cab its hard.
Hotel is good but no cheaper food or restaurant within the vicinity.

Staff are courteous, helpful and service request is entertained promptly.
The rate should be further reduced to attract more customers.

I really like housekeeper named Zain who was very helpful and friendly. They have very fair rate with 4 star service, this area is a bit isolated but convenient to downtown, if you are thirsty and lazy to walk, you may find bars around within 30 seconds from Manja, our family loves this boutique hotel very badly.
